Job Description

As a Deputy Manager / Manager in the Accounts Team focusing on Subvention, your role will involve: - Handling Subvention Loan Accounting and Reconciliation efficiently. - Utilizing Power BI / MS Access knowledge to enhance accounting processes. - Generating reports for EIR and ECL computation specifically for Subvention cases. - Participating in System Migration and automation projects. - Managing Audit queries related to Subvention. - Ensuring compliance with Ind AS financial disclosures. - Submitting timely reports for RBI Reporting. - Demonstrating strong analytical skills to derive insights from raw data. - Creating meaningful MIS reports for decision-making. - Reviewing and drafting necessary documents. - Proficient in Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations. Qualifications required for this role are: - MBA with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in NBFC / Bank, or - CA with at least 0-3 years of accounting experience in NBFC / Bank.
