As a Subtitling Executive / Youtube & Instagram Videos at our Chennai office, your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and high-quality subtitles for video content within specified deadlines. Your attention to detail, language proficiency, and strong listening skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create precise and timely subtitles for videos, ensuring accuracy in grammar and spelling. - Review and edit subtitles to enhance clarity, consistency, and alignment with audio. - Sync subtitles with video timing through effective timecoding techniques. - Adhere to project guidelines and maintain consistent quality standards across all deliverables. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure timely project completion. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in subtitling or content editing. - Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. - Strong listening, comprehension, and typing skills are essential. - Familiarity with subtitling tools/software such as Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, etc. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. - Basic understanding of video formats and file handling is preferred.
