Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and language-proficient Subtitling Executive / Youtube & Instagram Video's to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong listening skills, excellent command over language, and the ability to create accurate, high-quality subtitles for video content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and timely subtitles for videos, ensuring grammar and spelling accuracy.
• Review and edit subtitles for clarity, consistency, and alignment with audio.
• Sync subtitles with video timing (timecoding).
• Understand project guidelines and maintain quality standards across all deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Handle multiple projects and maintain deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in subtitling or content editing.
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and typing skills.
• Familiarity with subtitling tools/software (Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of video formats & file handling is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate (preferably in English, Mass Communication, Linguistics, or related fields).
