Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Substation Design Trainer. The Substation Design Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering instructional content related to substation design. Daily tasks include creating curriculum materials, conducting virtual training sessions, and using design thinking approaches to enhance learning experiences. The trainer will ensure course materials are up-to-date and relevant to the industry’s needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Thinking and Instructional Design
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Training
• Teaching and Instruction skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct remote training sessions
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in substation design is a plus
