Subscription Renewal Representative

As a Subscription Renewal Representative at Bentley Systems, you will be an integral part of the Subscriptions Renewals Organization, playing a vital role in Bentley's sales strategy to maintain high subscription retention rates. Your primary mission will be to provide exceptional sales and service support to Bentley resellers and users, with the aim of achieving exceptional financial outcomes. You will join the Asia Subscription Renewals Team, utilizing your expertise in generating recurring revenue and operational knowledge to drive revenue growth within your market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a designated portfolio of accounts to ensure timely annual contract renewals - Meeting quarterly and annual targets for retention and product expansion - Collaborating with Legal and Finance Teams for contract renewal processes - Handling the tender process efficiently - Promoting and delivering subscription program services to Bentley users - Resolving any subscription-related queries promptly - Providing exceptional customer service to the existing account base To excel in this role, you must have: - At least 2 years of experience in Operations/Renewals and contracts within the IT Industry - Proficiency in SAP/Salesforce - Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or any other Indian Language - A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent career experience - A proven track record of meeting revenue goals in Software Renewals Subscriptions and/or Operations Management capacity In addition to the above, Bentley Systems is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
