Subscription Management Specialist

You are a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect Senior Application Engineer specializing in Oracle Cloud Subscription Management. Your main role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, enterprise architects, and technical teams to create and deploy scalable solutions that support usage-based subscription models and enhance the eCommerce subscription experience. As a Solution Architect and Senior Application Engineer, you will take the lead in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver robust solutions for subscription billing and management. You will be configuring and implementing advanced features of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud to cater to usage-based and recurring billing models. Additionally, you will be developing and testing prototype solutions, identifying system gaps, and addressing them through custom integrations and configurations. Furthermore, you will work closely with the technical team to design and implement integration solutions with eCommerce platforms and other enterprise systems. It is crucial to ensure that best practices are adhered to in system design, coding, testing, and implementation. You will also be supporting ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the implemented solutions. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred). You should have a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Subscription Management, particularly focusing on pricing and usage-based billing. Your expertise should extend to Oracle ERP Cloud, including Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable, Pricing Configurations, and Product Information Management (PIM). In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud, with an emphasis on complex subscription and billing scenarios, is essential. Familiarity with integration tools and frameworks such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, and OTBI is required. You should be proficient in Oracle development tools like PL/SQL, VBCS, APEX, Java, and BPM. A solid understanding of subscription-based business models and system processes, including integrations with eCommerce and back-office systems, is vital. Experience with Oracle Cloud APIs and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is a plus. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools will be beneficial for this role.,
