Subscription Growth Manager

Role Overview: As a Subscription Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the subscription business. You will play a crucial role in designing subscription offers, collaborating with the marketing team for effective communication, and executing subscriber campaigns to acquire new subscribers, retain existing ones, and increase customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and launch subscription offers, bundles, and loyalty programs. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored messaging, creatives, and campaigns for subscribers. - Execute campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversion, acquisition, and retention rates. - Analyze customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends to develop innovative subscription strategies. - Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of offers and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or subscription-based businesses. - Proficient in offer design, campaign execution, and communication strategy. - Strong analytical skills to measure impact and optimize performance. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across marketing, sales, and operations departments. - Proactive, creative, and customer-centric approach. - Hands-on experience with customer engagement and campaign automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
