Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview: As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finacle Core Banking modules at Yethi Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will leverage your expertise in Finacle Core Banking systems, business analysis, and testing. Your role will involve facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure banking solutions align with user requirements and regulatory compliance. You will support robust test strategies to ensure the success of banking solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an SME for Finacle Core Banking modules - Conduct end-to-end Business Analysis for system enhancements or new implementations - Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders - Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough test coverage and scenario validation - Support SIT/UAT testing phases by reviewing test cases, data, and outcomes - Lead discussions with client stakeholders and internal product/technical teams Qualification Required: The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of Banking workflows, regulatory norms, and functional flows. Experience in Testing Lifecycle encompassing test planning, execution, and defect management is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required to excel in this position. Additional Company Details: Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with BFS clients in a consulting or implementation capacity, hands-on experience with test tools and techniques, as well as previous client-facing or onsite experience.
