Subject Matter Expert- VARC

Role Overview: You will be joining as a VARC Faculty with expertise in teaching Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension for competitive exams such as CAT, CLAT, and IPMAT. Your role will involve delivering engaging lectures, customizing teaching methodologies, conducting doubt-solving sessions, and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence through innovative practices. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging lectures on Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Verbal Ability, tailored to the specific exam requirements. - Customize teaching methodology based on the exam type and student profiles to ensure effective learning outcomes. - Conduct doubt-solving sessions, remedial classes, and practice workshops to enhance student performance. - Contribute to the design and development of study material, mock tests, practice sheets, and assignments for VARC. - Analyze exam trends, update curriculum, and create digital content like videos, blogs, or articles to facilitate learning. - Mentor students on test-taking strategies, time management, and problem-solving approaches. - Track and analyze student progress, provide personalized feedback, and implement improvement plans. - Coordinate with fellow faculty members to ensure academic alignment and contribute to academic reviews and training programs. - Represent the institute in webinars, seminars, and workshops as needed. Desired Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation/Postgraduation in English, Literature, Journalism, Management, or related field. - Prior teaching/training experience in VARC for CAT, CLAT, or IPMAT (minimum 3-6 years preferred). - Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and reasoning. - Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. - Ability to adapt teaching style for both offline and online environments. - Passion for mentoring and motivating students towards academic success. Note: The role also involves contributing to student score improvements, ensuring high student satisfaction, innovative content development, and achieving academic results in top B-schools, NLUs, and IPM programs.,
