About the Role:

We need someone who understands child psychology and can design powerful, playful content. You'll help translate tough topics like emotions, anxiety, financial basics, or digital safety into cards, games, and missions, and you're open to teaching these kids in their schools (physically being present there).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop content for life skills via games, quests, and emotion cards
• Work with the Head of Product and Designers to build kits
• Conduct field trials with students and trainers
• Train our team on the emotional “why” behind every activity
• Refine pedagogy to ensure deep impact

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in psychology, SEL education, or life skills
• Creative thinker, not a textbook author
• Experience working with children or gamified content
• You love the idea of a mascot teaching emotional intelligence
• Open to teach kids at school, but from Hyderabad-based only.
