About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Arts to join our growing team at EaseToLearn. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in Arts and a passion for education, content creation, and digital learning. As an SME, you will be responsible for developing high-quality academic content for students in alignment with curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and update engaging academic content for Arts subjects.
• Create lesson plans, question banks, assignments, quizzes, and explanatory notes.
• Ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with academic standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers.
• Research and stay updated on curriculum changes and trends in the education sector.
• Participate in quality audits and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.A.) and Postgraduate (M.A.) in Arts from a recognized university.
• In-depth subject knowledge and passion for teaching & content development.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in content writing or academic content development (preferred, not mandatory).
• Familiarity with EdTech tools or LMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
