Location: Noida, Sector‑16 (On‑site only)
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 / month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Minimum 2 years in ed-tech content and project delivery

About the Role

Rafiki Solutions seeks a proactive professional to lead ed-tech projects (alt‑text, book/content creation, assessments, QC) and manage small teams—ensuring top-tier accuracy, efficiency, and educational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ed-tech initiatives: alt-text generation, book/content creation, assessments, QC, and more.
• Oversee quality control—ensuring accuracy, alignment with standards, and content completeness.
• Mentor and coordinate content creators, QC specialists, and SMEs.
• Provide deep K–10 (and above) subject expertise in your domain.
• Plan and track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams on updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Prepare progress reports, identify risks, and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the ed‑tech sector, managing or contributing to content projects.
• Strong knowledge in K–10 subjects (or above) relevant to the role.
• Proven experience in content creation, alt-texting, assessments, or QC.
• Demonstrated team management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and detail-oriented content review.
• Familiarity with e-learning workflows or LMS tools is a plus.
