Study Abroad Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Overseas Education Counselor to guide and support students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counseling students for European universities and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities, particularly in European countries.Assist students in identifying their skills, interests, and career aspirations to help them choose suitable academic programs and institutions.Handle student queries and follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy.Guide students through the application process, including filling out university forms, verifying documents, and ensuring timely submissions.Maintain and update records of student applications, registrations, and visa statuses in a systematic manner.Coordinate between students and universities abroad to ensure smooth communication and processes.Represent and promote partner universities during counseling sessions and events.Support students throughout the admission and visa process, ensuring a seamless experience.Organize and participate in marketing activities, workshops, and seminars to promote the company’s services and partner institutions.Attend training sessions and workshops conducted by universities abroad to stay updated on programs, requirements, and policies.Train, mentor, and assist in hiring new counselors to strengthen the team.Requirements:Proven experience in student counseling for overseas education (European countries preferred).Strong understanding of university admission processes, visa requirements, and study abroad procedures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Willingness to travel for events, training, and university visits if required.
