Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of the study abroad process from student counseling to visa and post-admission support.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with international universities, institutions, and global education agencies.
Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments and expand the organization’s global network.
Stay updated with international education trends, country-specific admission guidelines, and visa regulations.
Represent the organization at international education fairs, partner events, and training sessions.
Negotiate tie-ups, agency agreements, and partnership terms with global universities.
Ensure quality standards, compliance, and data accuracy across all applications and student records.
Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong network and relationships with universities, colleges, and education agencies.
Expertise in international admissions, documentation, and visa processing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strategic planning and business development mindset.
CRM, MS Office, and data management proficiency.
Deep understanding of study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline).
Minimum
10 years of experience
in the overseas education / study abroad industry.
