About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Study Abroad Advisor

A total experience of 4 years with a minimum of 2 years in the study abroad industry mandatorily needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure the smooth operation and productivity of recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with company goals.
• Oversee and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain and grow relationships with international institutions and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience(can be from any industry) with at least 2 years in the study abroad industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of team management and performance-driven outcomes.
• Knowledge of international student recruitment trends and best practices (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
