Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Overseas Education Counselor / Study Abroad Advisor based in Tiruchirappalli. The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for providing educational consulting services to students seeking to study abroad. Day-to-day tasks include assessing student needs, advising on suitable study programs, assisting with visa processes, and facilitating communication between students and educational institutions. The advisor will also be responsible for maintaining records and ensuring all consulting services meet the highest professional standards.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Overseas Education Counselor to join our dynamic team at REACH TALENT SOLUTIONS. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in guiding students for international education, especially for countries like UK, USA, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.

Assess student profiles and suggest suitable programs/universities.

Guide students through the admission process, documentation, visa applications, and interview preparation.

Assist students with application processes and ensure timely submission of documents

Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements and new developments in the education sector abroad

Provide support to students post-admission, including accommodation and orientation information

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applications.

Stay up-to-date with university requirements, intakes, scholarships, and visa norms.

Coordinate with university representatives and build strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visa processes and requirements.
• Graduate in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or a related field added advantage).
• Previous experience in education counseling or student advisory roles.
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
