We are seeking a Studio Manager to be a part of our expanding photography company, where you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the day-to-day functions of the studio, such as managing scheduling, bookings, and project coordination. You will be the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring a smooth and professional service delivery. Collaboration with photographers, editors, and creative teams will be essential to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling contracts, invoices, and budget management for shoots. Developing and executing marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, coordinating logistics for weddings, pre-wedding shoots, and upscale events, as well as maintaining studio equipment and optimizing post-production workflow will also fall under your purview. The qualifications we are looking for include excellent communication and customer service skills, adeptness in team leadership, proficiency in sales and project management, outstanding organizational and time management abilities, the capacity to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, and a background in the photography industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
