Studio Manager

1. End-to-End Project Ownership

• Act as the single point of contact for product managers on studio requirements.
• Translate briefs into actionable shoot and content plans.
• Oversee the entire journey requirement photoshoot editing final delivery upload/usage in campaigns.

2. Creative & Brand Alignment

• Ensure all outputs (images, videos, communication pieces) follow Wakefits brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute inspirational photo shoots that elevate how our products are seen by customers.
• Guide photographers and editors on storytelling angles what to highlight, how to frame, styling, etc.

3. Studio & Vendor Management

• Manage an in-house team of photographers and editors (2 direct reports).
• Decide what to keep in-house vs. outsource, balancing cost and quality.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships (freelancers, agencies, equipment suppliers).
• Track and optimize budgets, keeping studio operations lean.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, category heads, and marketing to prioritize projects.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, campaign timelines, and studio outputs.
• Resolve conflicts in requirements and manage delivery schedules across teams.

5. Process & Technology

• Implement efficient workflows for shoot planning, editing, asset archiving, and approvals.
• Introduce AI and advanced tools to improve speed and reduce costs without compromising creativity.
• Track KPIs: cost per shoot, turnaround time, throughput, and quality benchmarks.
