Looking for a smart Studio Manager with minimum 5 years of experience for Studio Pepperfry, Trivandrum branch. Studio Manager Requirements A University graduate; minimum 5 years experience in the management field or related professional area Fluency in english and or any other language (Preferable: Hindi, Malayalam) Should be able to communicate efficiently with clients as well as team members and exhibit expert interpersonal skills Ability to prepare reports, maintain databases, charts etc through Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word & PPT Job Description Responsible for handling clients and their requirements to ensure the effective completion of their orders Ability to manage all range of activities within the branch and coordinate with other branches if necessary Promote and produce sales leads for Pepperfry Establish and maintain healthy relations with team members Implement all sales action plans related to his / her market area as outlined in the marketing plan Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Management: 3 years (Required) Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
