Role Overview

Studio Lead

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Leadership

• Lead the design vision and execution of large-scale, high-impact corporate interior projects.
• Guide teams through all project phasesfrom strategy and concept to deliveryensuring design excellence and innovation.
• Stay ahead of workplace trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies to inform design direction.
• Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers.

Client & Business Development

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, real estate partners, and consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic pitches and proposals.
• Represent the studio in client presentations, industry forums, and networking events.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to elevate the studios brand and visibility.

Studio & Financial Management

• Oversee studio operations, team resourcing, and project delivery timelines.
• Manage studio P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure profitability and operational efficiency across all projects.
• Contribute to strategic planning, talent development, and organizational growth.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors or master’s degree in interior design or architecture
• 15+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on corporate/workplace environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex, high-value projects for global or regional clients.
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and business development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of workplace strategy, space planning, and design innovation.
