As a Studio Coordinator/Admin at Vibrant Verandah Studio in JP Nagar, Bangalore, your role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing a welcoming experience for clients, guests, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting all clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and warmly - Being the face of the studio to ensure every guest feels comfortable and well-attended - Managing incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, and routing communication to the appropriate team members - Scheduling and managing appointments and calendars for the leadership team - Maintaining a tidy and organized studio environment, managing office supplies, handling petty cash, and coordinating with vendors for services - Tracking office expenses, ensuring operational needs are met, maintaining attendance and leave records for staff, and providing administrative support as needed To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, experience with travel and appointment coordination, and basic knowledge of office equipment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and internal teams - Soft skills such as being well-groomed, punctual, reliable, positive, proactive, able to manage tasks independently, friendly, team-oriented, eager to contribute, and having strong attention to detail and time management By joining Vibrant Verandah Studio, you will become part of a dynamic, design-driven environment where collaboration and creativity thrive.
