About the Role:

Were looking for a smart, organized, and proactive team member to manage office admin, documentation, studio coordination, invoicing, HR support, social media, and all marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel coordination
  • Handle all marketing communications (emails, messages, outreach)
  • Maintain project files, documentation, and invoicing
  • Assist the founder with admin and communication follow-ups
  • Post and manage content on Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Post job listings and screen incoming resumes
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and vendor visits

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office
  • Comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn and Canva (basic)
  • Fluent in English, Kannada. Hindi a plus
  • Prior admin, marketing, or coordination experience preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or a related field
