Studio / AV Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and technically sound Studio / AV Operations professional to manage the day-to-day technical setup, maintenance, and smooth functioning of studio and audio-visual operations. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality live broadcasts, recordings, and productions in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate audio, video, lighting, and studio equipment

• Support live shows, recordings, and broadcasts

• Manage cameras, microphones, mixers, lighting rigs, and monitors

• Troubleshoot technical issues during live and recorded sessions

• Coordinate with producers, hosts, and technical teams

• Maintain studio readiness, cable management, and equipment inventory

• Ensure audio/video quality standards are met consistently

• Assist with studio scheduling and setup changes

• Follow safety, equipment handling, and operational protocols

Required Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in studio operations, AV support, or broadcast tech

• Strong understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems

• Experience supporting live broadcasts or studio productions

• Ability to troubleshoot issues under live, high-pressure conditions

• Flexible to work odd hours, weekends, and live-event schedules

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Esports / Gaming / Live Streaming studios

• Familiarity with OBS, vMix, mixers, switchers, and encoders

• Background in broadcast engineering or AV technology

• Knowledge of sound mixing and lighting setup
