About Us

Cosy Club Goa is a cosy and warm tufting studio — the first of its kind in Goa. Founded by London trained tufters. We host hands-on, creative tufting workshops in a welcoming studio environment, and we’re building a small, dedicated team of individuals passionate about art, design, and people.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Studio Assistant to support both in-studio sessions and social media/digital content. This is a 6-day-per-week role with one or two rotational days off. Work will be a mix of on-site support and remote content work, depending on daily session bookings.

If there are bookings, the day will be studio-focused. If there are no sessions, the candidate will work from home on content creation and digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Support:

• Assist participants during tufting sessions
• Prepare materials and set up the studio before sessions
• Interact with customers in a warm and helpful manner
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and stock prior, during and after sessions
• Support the CEO and studio team with day-to-day coordination

Work From Home (When Applicable):

• Edit and schedule content (photos/videos) for social media
• Assist in building an online presence and engaging with the community
• Support creative marketing initiatives
• Help with light admin and communication tasks

• Based in Goa
• Dependable and respectful to both the team and customers
• Maintains a positive can - do attitude when working with the team
• Professionalism, good communication, and a willingness to learn are essential
• Hands-on, unafraid to get their hands dirty
• Friendly, positive, and a team player
• Comfortable with flexible work depending on bookings
• Comfortable using tools like Instagram, Canva, or willing to learn
• Flexible with schedule depending on bookings
• Interest in design, craft, or creative environments
• Open to working weekends (with a rotational day off in the week)

We provide full training, so don’t worry, however, prior experience in a creative, customer service or hands-on setting is a plus!
