Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at Manipal Tata Medical College, Jamshedpur. The Students Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in areas like academic challenges, career planning, and personal development. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one sessions, facilitating group discussions, and collaborating with faculty to address student needs effectively. The role also involves maintaining records of counseling sessions and assisting in creating a welcoming and inclusive campus environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience of Education systems or academic environments. Experience in University and Higher Education Institutions will be preferred,
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work positively in a diverse and inclusive setting
• Master’s degree in Psychology.
