• Stay updated with changing immigration rules, policies, and institutional requirements.
• Manage leads with regular follow-up calls and maintain CRM data accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of all visa-related interactions and applications.
• Communicate clearly and timely with students regarding application updates and regulation changes.
