Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Varanasi for a student in the Training and Placement Cell at RSMT Varanasi. The role involves assisting in coordinating placement activities, engaging with corporate representatives, organizing training sessions, and maintaining placement records. The student will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of campus placement drives and contributing to the success of the placement cell's initiatives.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with corporate representatives
• Ability to work in a team and independently manage tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and data management skills
• Enthusiasm for building industry connections and supporting peers in their job search
• Knowledge of the programs offered (BBA, BCA, MCA, MBA) and the placement process is a plus
• Currently enrolled as a final-year student at RSMT Varanasi
