Student Support Representative (Lead Generator) – On-site | Full-Time
Location: Rabale | Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Join our student-first team! We’re seeking a Student Support Representative to be the first point of contact for student inquiries, helping with support, information, and lead generation. If you’re a great communicator who enjoys problem-solving and creating positive experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to student queries via phone, email & in-person
• Handle orders, refunds, and service requests
• Provide accurate program info & policy guidance
• Log interactions using our CRM system
• Encourage referrals through great service

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
• Graduate degree preferred
