Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A. Key Accountabilities, Performance Areas

1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Business and senior management to formulate comprehensive learner acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and offline efforts, to generate high-quality leads and convert them into enrolled learners.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and implement effective lead generation tactics, including campus partnerships, events, webinars, and other initiatives to expand the learner pipeline.

4. Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyse conversion rates at each stage of the enrollment funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, including A/B testing, user experience improvements, and sales funnel optimization.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of learner acquisition efforts. Develop regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. Budget Management: Manage the learner acquisition budget effectively, allocating resources to the most productive channels

and initiatives while optimizing return on investment (ROI).

7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring their growth and development, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and threats in the market.

9. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, admissions, and student success, to ensure a seamless learner journey and maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

10. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all learner acquisition activities adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

B. Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build capacity to handle more than 1+ Lakh applicants/aspiring job seekers.
  • Rollout various outreach programs (both off campus and campus) as per business requirements with clear and defined outcome across geography
  • Ensuring delivery fulfilment including application processing, conduct of assessments, converting leads to learners and payment process fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the Sales team by providing with business-critical data points, sourcing plan, timelines, and support in creating an attractive business proposition.
  • Active participation in Campus, Job fairs, Conclaves, Leadership Summits etc.
  • Build high performing team with clear focus on productivity improvements.
