Student relationship manager

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Student Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student interactions, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between students and the academic or administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students from enrollment to course completion
• Handle student queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support student needs
• Ensure timely communication regarding batches, sessions, exams, or any updates
• Collect regular student feedback and escalate key concerns to management
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Conduct engagement activities and support orientation and onboarding processes
• Identify students needing additional attention or support and take appropriate actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening skills with a student-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Prior experience in student counseling, relationship management, or customer service is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
