Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute student recruitment strategies locally and internationally. Represent the institution at University visits, fairs, and events. Build relationships with Universities / colleges, agents, and partners. Respond to inquiries and guide prospective students. Collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns. Manage CRM/database and track recruitment metrics. Support applicants through the admissions process Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance. Should have good knowledge on abroad education process Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Education, or related field. 1–3 years in recruitment, admissions, or marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and people skills. Flexible to travel and work CRM and digital marketing experience preferred. Knowledge of local/international education markets is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Yearly bonus Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
