About the Role: We are looking for dedicated Student Mobilizers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in community outreach, identifying and enrolling youth in our skill development programs. Key Requirements: Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) will be given preference. Experience: Experience in community mobilization is required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective in community outreach Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Responsibilities: Engage with communities to promote awareness of our training programs Identify, engage, and enroll eligible candidates in various skill development programs Build relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and institutions to maximize outreach Why Join Us?
