As a potential candidate for the role of Mapping and Community Mobilization Officer at Anudip, your main responsibility will be to identify potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilization in the specified locations. Building strong relationships with local community leaders before the mobilization process begins is a critical aspect of your role. You will also play a key role in creating awareness about the Anudip program, sensitizing the community, and encouraging participation among the youth in need. Additionally, you will assist in selecting deserving youth for the Anudip program and ensuring that the center maintains an optimal batch strength. Supporting the center team/Area Manager in organizing Alumni-Guest events and maintaining batch strength in the assigned Anudip centers are also key tasks that you will be involved in. Key Responsibilities: - Map potential catchment areas and communities for mobilization - Build rapport with local community leaders - Create awareness about the Anudip program and sensitize communities - Address communities to motivate youth participation - Assist in selecting needy youth and maintaining batch strength - Support in organizing Alumni-Guest events - Ensure optimal batch strength in assigned Anudip centers Qualifications Required: - Graduate - Strategic vision for initiative integration from definition to implementation - Ability to support company-wide projects with innovative solutions - Ability to create organizational alignment for initiative efforts - Analytical, excellent decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, intuitive, creative, and diligent - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and other desirable Indian languages - Preferred industry background in Education, IT, or Skill Development.,
