Student Counselor-work from home

EDUBEX is looking for a dedicated Career Counselor to support international students throughout their education journey in a professional, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and career guidance to international students and parents based on their interests and goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to explain program details and learning pathways
• Respond to student inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to support decision-making
• Assist students with application processes, documentation, and onboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information using internal systems and CRM tools
• Offer continuous support and guidance throughout the student lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive learner experience

Eligibility & Requirements

• Strong English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Student-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office, CRM tools)
• Background in education counseling, customer support, or advisory roles is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills and interest in student guidance are welcome
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
