Job Title: Student Counselor Location: Nalasopara, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Student Counselor for our Nalasopara center , who can guide students and parents in selecting the right nursing and paramedical courses such as ANM, GNM, and DMLT. The counselor will play a key role in generating admissions through effective communication and personalized guidance. Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling to walk-in and telephonic inquiries about courses, admission procedures, and career scope in the healthcare field Follow up with leads generated through online and offline campaigns Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and course structure Maintain records of student interactions, queries, and enrollments Help students with the admission process, fee payments, and documentation Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Graduate (any stream) 1+ years of counseling or front-office experience (Freshers with good communication skills may apply) Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English Good convincing and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and approachable personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, CRM) Salary Range: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month (depending on experience) Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM How to Apply: Contact us at: 7400406467 Location: Nalasopara West Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
