Role Overview:

Deepigha Institute of Management and Technology is seeking a proactive and student-friendly Front Office Admissions Counsellor. The selected candidate will handle student enquiries, guide applicants through the admission process, and manage front office operations with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in students and parents
• Handle enquiries via phone and email
• Provide information on available courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
• Support students with form filling and document submission
• Follow up on leads and maintain admission records
• Manage front desk operations and support basic administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any undergraduate degree (minimum qualification)
• 0–2 years of experience in front office or academic counselling preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Polite, punctual, and student-focused attitude

Job Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
