Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Student Counselor at GlobeLearn International. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students regarding university options, career paths, and study plans. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting individual counseling sessions, assisting with application processes, providing information about scholarships and financial aid, and offering pre-departure and post-arrival support. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure students have a smooth and informed experience throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Education and knowledge of the international education system
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in study abroad consultancy or related field is a plus
