Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance and counseling to students regarding visa prerequisites, procedures, and necessary documentation for overseas studies. - Assess students" educational background, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable study programs and destinations that align with their aspirations. - Stay updated on the latest developments in immigration laws, policies, and procedures related to student visas across various countries. - Cultivate effective communication and collaboration with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth visa processing for students. - Maintain accurate records of student visa applications, approvals, and rejections while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. - Address students" inquiries and concerns regarding visa-related matters promptly and professionally, offering guidance and reassurance throughout the application process. Requirements: - Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Any Bachelor's Degree. - Freshers or experienced individuals in a Student Counsellor or similar role, focusing on student visa guidance. - Thorough understanding of visa application processes and immigration regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. - Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while upholding professionalism and efficiency.
