Student Counselor – Digital Marketing Institute

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor to join our team at a leading Digital Marketing Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting suitable digital marketing courses, handling inquiries, and providing end-to-end admission support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries from students.
• Counsel students about various digital marketing programs (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.).
• Provide detailed information about course content, duration, fees, and career prospects.
• Maintain student database and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by guiding students through the enrollment process.
• Assist with organizing webinars, seminars, and orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Address student queries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain MIS reports and track admission metrics regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of counseling/admissions experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
