Student Counsellor-UK

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at our company, your primary responsibility will be to assist students with their application and paperwork processes for education placements in international institutions. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and providing training to fellow counselors, supporting their professional development. Working closely with the Team Leader and Branch Manager, you will be involved in client meetings, office events, and team-building initiatives. Your excellent communication skills will be vital for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Address student walk-ins, provide comprehensive consultancy on studying abroad, and offer end-to-end solutions. - Assess students" eligibility and recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities/colleges. - Provide accurate information on admission and visa documentation, as well as other mandatory requirements. - Manage the entire admission process, from filing cases with universities to handling visa applications and responding to student queries. - Stay informed about policy changes, procedures, and requirements in destination countries. - Follow up with potential students after their visits and ensure successful closures. - Generate MIS reports as needed by the management team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher education - In-depth knowledge of destination and local education systems - Minimum of 3 years of counseling experience, preferably in the education industry - Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service - Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Additional Details: - Destinations Preferred: UK - Benefits include a 5-day work week, supportive work culture, and a competitive salary package.,
