As a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our international education consultancy, your role involves assisting students with their application and paperwork processing for studying abroad in the UK. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and training fellow counsellors, supporting client meetings, and staying updated on policies and requirements for destination countries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle student inquiries and provide end-to-end consultancy for studying abroad - Assess students' eligibility and recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities/colleges - Provide detailed information on admission and visa documentation - Manage the admission process, including case filing, communication with students, and visa application filing - Stay informed about policy changes and requirements for destination countries - Follow up with potential students and ensure effective closure - Prepare MIS reports as needed by management **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or higher - In-depth knowledge of destination and local education systems - 3+ years of counselling experience in the education industry - Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong focus on delivering high-quality service - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills In addition to the fulfilling role you will play in assisting students with their educational aspirations, you can enjoy a 5-day work week, an excellent work culture, supportive management, and a competitive salary package.
