Student Counsellor

As a Student Visa Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students on study options in Australia, including visa processes, university admissions, and compliance requirements. Your role involves providing accurate and up-to-date information on Australian student visa requirements (Subclass 500) and assisting students in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications along with supporting documents. Maintaining ongoing communication with students and their families throughout the visa application process is crucial. You will also be required to liaise with universities and relevant stakeholders in Australia to track application progress. Staying informed about changes in Australian immigration policies and trends in the education sector is essential to provide the most relevant guidance to students. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of student cases, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
