Student Counsellor- Overseas Education

You will be joining Entri, a vernacular language learning platform in India, dedicated to assisting individuals in acquiring job-relevant skills. As a Student Counselor based in Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to offer career and academic guidance to students, aiding them in making informed educational and career decisions, and providing customer service support. Your daily tasks will involve conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, creating personalized study plans, and interacting with students through various communication channels to address their queries and issues. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, along with strong communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience in the Study Abroad field is desirable. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to establish meaningful connections with students. Additionally, the role requires you to be adept at working efficiently in a hybrid work environment. While a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred, familiarity with educational technology platforms would be advantageous.,
