Role & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: Cold-call and email prospective students/leads to understand their academic goals Consultation & Guidance: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to recommend suitable programs and universities Application Management: Assist candidates with document collection, application submission, and follow-up Sales & Conversion: Close enrollments by presenting service offerings, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication until students receive admission and visa approvals Data Management: Update CRM with lead status, appointment notes, and application progress Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree (any discipline); experience in education consulting or tele-sales is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales mindset Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold calling Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously What We Offer Competitive stipend / salary with commission on enrollments Hands-on training in international education consulting Opportunity to work with global university partners Performance bonuses and career growth pathways To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to sapna@mgmglobal.co.
