Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Student Counsellor to guide and support students in making informed career and academic decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Understand students’ interests, strengths, and aspirations to suggest suitable courses and programs.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
Follow up with prospective students to encourage admissions and provide necessary support.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling sessions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.

Requirements:

Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, education, or sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Empathetic, approachable, and persuasive in guiding students.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
