Job Description: Ashok IT a highly motivated and empathetic Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and enrolled students, providing guidance, support, and information about our training programs. The primary focus is on excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students and assist them in making informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Counsel prospective students on course options, career paths, and admission procedures. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions. Maintain student records and update CRM/database systems. Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff to ensure smooth student onboarding. Organize and participate in student orientation and feedback sessions. Provide ongoing support to students throughout their training journey. Key Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students. Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus. Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or education sector preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
