Student Contact Executive

Job Location : Pune & Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
• 0–2 years of experience in student engagement, customer service, or tele sales (preferred).
• Exposure to the education/study abroad sector will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal skills with the ability to engage and influence students.
• Empathetic, responsive, and student-focused approach.
• Ability to achieve high daily calling volumes and meet targets.
• Accurate data entry, CRM updates, and follow-up management.
• Ability to work closely with counselors for smooth operations.
• Quick learner with openness to feedback and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students to confirm seminar/event registrations and provide necessary assistance.
• Engage with students to assess their interest in studying abroad and qualify leads for counseling.
• Maintain accurate and detailed interaction records in the CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure updates, responses, and engagement.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective students with up-to-date information.
• Achieve daily calling targets of 180–200 calls to qualify leads effectively.
• Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
