Job Summary:

The Student Care Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and providing a positive experience throughout their academic journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for students regarding classes, schedules, and course-related queries.
• Maintain regular communication with students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure timely support and resolution of student concerns.
• Maintain and update student records in the system.
• Assist in managing attendance, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Support during student orientation, events, and examinations.
• Handle grievances with patience and professionalism, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the team lead.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Management, Education, or Communication).
• 6 months of experience in student support, counselling, or customer service preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a calm attitude under pressure.
