Job Title: Student Advisor Location: Mumbai Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) – Mandatory Experience: 2 to 3 years Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Student Advisor to guide and support students through their academic and career planning journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students succeed. Key Responsibilities: Counsel and guide students on course options, career paths, and academic programs. Assist with admissions procedures, documentation, and application processing. Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to track progress and satisfaction. Organize and participate in orientations, open houses, and student information sessions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and academic departments. Keep up-to-date with education trends, career opportunities, and program offerings. Provide support for student concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive student experience. Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure adherence to institutional guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Counseling preferred). 2–3 years of experience in academic advising, counseling, or education consulting. Strong communication and presentation skills. Empathetic, student-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
