Structural Site Engineer

As an experienced Structural Site Engineer with a background in the construction of bridges, flyovers, culverts, pedestrian underpasses (PUP), and vehicular underpasses (VUP) for highway projects, your primary responsibility will be overseeing structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. You will be expected to: - Supervise and execute structural works for bridges, flyovers, culverts, PUPs, and VUPs in highway construction. - Interpret and implement structural drawings, design specifications, and project plans on-site. - Monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project timelines. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines at the construction site. - Manage structural modifications, technical challenges, and problem-solving related to site execution. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation for project tracking. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in structural execution of highway projects (bridges, flyovers, culverts, PUP, VUP). - Strong knowledge of structural design principles, construction techniques, and material specifications. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other civil engineering software is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and teamwork to manage site challenges effectively. - Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to work in challenging site conditions and ensure timely project completion. This job is full-time with a schedule that may involve day shifts and rotational shifts. The work location is in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, and you should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The ability to communicate in Hindi, Tamil, and English is preferred for this role.,
